• Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving - Closed
  
• Christmas Eve, December 24 - Closed (Sunday)
• Christmas Day, December 25 - Closed
• New Year's Eve, December 31 -Closing at 12:00 PM

CURRENT HOURS are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7:30 am-6:30 pm and SATURDAYS 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Cancellation Policy:
Please call more than 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule if you can't make your appointment as planned. 
Same day cancellations for doctor appointments will be subject to a $40 charge. 
No-show-no-call appointments with a doctor will be charged $50, and no-show-no-call drop-off procedures and surgeries are charged an $80 fee.
